I was crying sooooo much! 'n' Omg when they had the laptop full of things Sammy wanted to do before he died and then number 1 was to make a group of friends that would remember him for the rest of his life... :(

Actually he died Episode 24 and his memorial was on Episode 25. The last episode of the season is Episode 26.
