I think Matt and Caroline because Matt is the down to earth guy on the show who isn't directly part of the supernatural world (a.k.a upper east side) and Caroline is the girl who's made a lot of mistakes and has been selfish in the past, but with Matt by her side she became a better person.
The difference is I want Derena endgame but don't want Catt endgame because I like Forwood more.
