1x07 - "S & lonely boy, clearly past courtship in the courtyard"
1x17 - that scene where they're making out at school & (then after dan leaves georgina comes up)
2x02 - EVERRYTHING, damn. when they can't keep their hands off each other on the beach, the kiss scene they cut from the bus, that scene by the elevator..<3

I think their sexiest kiss was the one in the beginning of S02E03 "Dark Knight" when Gossip Girl is like "and limit all physical activity…"
