No way! After not giving a damn about Damon for 100+ years, and then breaking his heart in a million pieces, Katherine's sudden I-loved-Damon-too speeches are not going to change anything. He's done with her. 'She doesn't do it for him anymore'. To go back to Katherine now, means to retrace the journey he has had till now. And this won't make any sense.
