Did i miss a scene ? In 3x05 damon gives elena back the necklace but in 3x07 elena tells that damon has the necklace :o whats going on ? When damon take back the necklace
Actually in 3x05 Damon tries to give Elena the necklace back but she doesn't want it anymore because Stefan is gone. They were at the Salvatore's house so I think that when she left to come back home she also left the necklace there, on the table ;) so in 3x07 Damon has it

Ok i thought she actually took the necklace, they never showed her leaving the necklace on the table right ?
no they never showed it but it can be deduced by her immobility when he was giving her the necklace and by her words which could be interpreted as "Stefan is gone then wearing that necklace has no more sense". ;)
