Having Bonnie involved with a vampire would actually make her the most interesting character on the show at this point. They’ve built her up as having such a hatred for all things vampire that her inner conflict alone would pretty much trump any other storyline that they could think up. They barely want to use her as it is, let alone turning her into the most central character. Anyone else think that it was Damon responsible for the death of her parents of WickeryBridge? He was selfish and angry at Stefan to do something as petty and vicious as kill them all that night, in front of his brother. Would go nicely with the rumor of him dying, but not FOR elena, but BECAUSE of Elena and she stakes him.
