LOVE HOTCH SOOO MUCH! He is the best character - imo :D

It's kind of a love/hate with me - love how he deals with snarky people in a diplomatic way, e.g. with Strauss or uncooperative LLO - a lot of people would tell them to f-off but he remains calm and bites his tongue and says the right thing. On the flip side he lied about quitting the job to Haley. And he loses his temper when talking to unsubs and exacerbates the situations, as with Chester and with the Reaper with disasterous consequences. How can he be so calm in some situations and say the right thing and in other situations horrible?
