Not a lot has been going on lately on Fanpop so I decided to do this article because it seemed like a lot of fun.
I'm 19 and I will turn 20 on June 10.
I live in the French part of Canada which some people call Paris of North America. I originally studied 3D animation but I've tried taking several different classes for my first 2 years of College including Social Sciences. As you can see, I'm very indecisive. I now have little idea of what I want to do in life and I am on a break from College for now. I'm thinking about studying animation again but it's very risky and it will be hard to get back in there.
I'm very passionate about animation and I love drawing/writing, but I guess figuring out which career is right for you is a little more complicated than that. We'll see what the future holds.
I make videos on Youtube about old Teletoon cartoon shows, here is the link: link
1. Who was your favorite heroine as a child?
Sissi- I was so glad to see that a few people on here love her as well. She was based off Elisabeth of Bavaria who was nicknamed Sissi and I actually got interested in knowing about her life. I watched the show all the time when I was little. I was obsessed with her because she was so feminine and romantic. I also adored her relationship with Franz, they're probably my favorite animated couple now.
2. Who is your favorite heroine now?
Sharon Spitz- There were so many heroines to choose from but I finally decided to choose her. My favorite celebrity, Alicia Silverstone, produced Braceface and did Sharon's voice. I believe she was based off Alicia since she was a vegetarian and an animal rights activist. There were episodes about eating disorder, divorce, smoking, etc. We got to see how Sharon handled these issues and she always gets in trouble but she always learns from her mistakes in the end. She has a lot of flaws but she's still likeable.
3. Which heroine influenced you the most?
Mulan- I've talked about a thousand times how amazing I think Mulan is so it feels like I'm repeating myself. I love her because she grew and improved so much during the movie. She was insecure and she messed up because she didn't know who she was supposed to be yet. I always struggle with trying to ''find myself'' and trying to please my family. She's the heroine I can relate with the most and I admire her so much. Plus, she's very smart and very beautiful.
4. Which heroine is your look-alike?
Nani- My eyes, lips, body and skin color are like hers :)
5. Which heroine is your "spirit animal"?
Pocahontas- I'm not nearly as connected to nature as she is but I think I am like her for the most part. I still have to figure out which path to choose in life. I'm very indecisive and I mope around a lot. I misbehave sometimes but I know my priorities, I usually follow my intuition. I'm pretty athletic too, I love to go out swimming the most.
6. What is your favorite type of heroine?
I think I like sweet, kind and gentle heroines the most. Because I don't know any that I dislike, they are just so lovely and inspiring.
7. The heroine/s you wished you looked like?
Azula- I think she's very pretty in a natural way, she has a beauty that looks effortless.
8. The heroine/s you wished you would be like (more)?
Jasmine- I've always wanted to be more like her. I love how she carries herself with such confidence. She always speaks up and stands up for herself. Those are some of the things I need to work on :)
9. Your favorite outfit/dress?
Anastasia's Opera Dress, everything she wears looks gorgeous on her.
10. What (kind of) heroine you wish existed?
A Japanese Princess perhaps? I know there are tons of Japanese animation. I like Studio Ghibli and other animation studios in Japan but I would love to see Disney's take on it for example. There are a lot of creepy Japanese mythology and I wouldn't care whether the stories are accurate or not. Also, I like all kinds of dresses from Asia, whether it's kimonos or saris.

Ok so some people mightn't know what this one is about but I have this on Vhs and I actually like it . I got it as a present from my mom so I watched it . I love it although the only flaw I have to it is that its too short (48 mins). With great music and enchanting moments like the ball prehaps this version of Cinderella is indeed charming and very sweet. The story begins where Cinderella's mother passed on and her father goes off for a few days leaving her with her wicked stepmother and her two ugly stepsisters. Nearby lives a handsome prince who is seeking a bride.
Personally if you haven't seen it then do see the film I tell ya its very sweet and charming .
Verdict: The fairytale story children love
Rating: 8/10 very short but worth a buy
