Cher was signed to Simon Cowell's record label after finishing 4th in the show's final. Now the 17 year-old has been busy working on her debut album in Miami.

There's rumours that Cher will be working with producer RedOne , who's previously worked with the likes of Lady Gaga, Nichole Schwerzinger, Enrique Iglesias and fellow X Factor star Alexandra Burke.

It's also rumoured that Cher caught up with Will.I.Am during a recent trip to L.A. so could we see a collaboration between the two of them on the album?

Cher has not yet confirmed the name of the album but it is due to be released on August 22nd.
