Meg was lying on her bed in her cell.
“Wake up, sleepy head” a female, mundane voice said.
“Go away” Meg muttered, her eyes closed.
“Why would I do that? I like the sight of you behind bars” Ruby said full of malicious pleasure.
“You said you were my friend” Meg complained. “You set me up”
“Oh, well” Ruby shrugged. “What can I say? I’m a demon. It’s in my nature”
Meg sat up. “What?”
“I’m a demon” Ruby repeated, emphasizing every word. “I killed your parents and I’m going to kill you, too”
“You’re crazy” Meg said disgusted. “There’s no such thing as demons” She stood from the bed when Ruby conjured a knife. She held the knife against her throat and slid it open. Blood poured over her throat and her chest. A huge grin appeared on her face as Meg stared at her in horror.
Ruby rushed towards her and grabbed her throat, smashing her against the wall. “I’m going to rip that pretty face of yours apart bit by bit” she threatened in a whisper. “But first I’m going to drive you insane”
She vanished into thin air.
Meg turned around and screamed when Cas was standing in front of her. At first he looked normal, but then burns appeared on his face and hands and his clothes burned and revealed more scars.
“Look what you did to me!”
He grabbed her hands and Meg felt her skin burn. She struggled to free herself and Cas pushed her away. She lost her balance and fell down on the cold floor. She saw how Cas conjured a knife. Eyes bulging and her breath quickening she moved backwards, while Cas slowly stepped towards her.
Once at her feet he bent crouched and grabbed Meg’s collar.
He lifted her from the ground and drove the knife through her heart.

The door of Meg’s motel room opened and Meg stared at the door way. She was still stuck under the Key of Solomon.
“Anna told me you were innocent for a change” Sam said.
“Well, now that you’ve discovered I’m actually a saint, could you get me out of here?” Meg suggested. Sam shook his head and walked towards her, though kept a safe distance. “First I want to set a few things straight. Castiel is not going to leave prison, unless you do something. Personally, I don’t care if you killed that man or not. What I do care about is that you’re the only one who can get him out of there” Sam said.
“Why would I help him? What’s in it for me?” Meg wanted to know.
“If you do the right thing, then I guarantee you Dean and I will never try to kill you again. You’ll be off our radar for good” Sam said.
That was a tempting offer. “What do you want me to do?” she asked.
