Dean open his eyes difficult and lifted his hand to shut out the bright light. When his eyes adjusted to the light he scribbled up on his feet. He was in Heaven. He looked around and saw a small round table with a small wooden box.
He walked to it when he was thrown back on the ground. He turned on his back, just in time to see a fist aiming for his face. Dean grabbed the fist and pushed it away.
“Cas?” he said breathless when he recognized his attacker.
Cas frowned. How did this stranger know his name? No time to think about that. He was an intruder and intruders had to be killed. Those were strict orders from Raphael.
“Cas, it’s me, Dean!” Dean exclaimed when Cas punched him in the face. Blood spilled from his nose. Dean tried to push him off, but he was too strong. “We’re friends! Don’t you recognize me?”
Friends? Angels didn’t have any friends. He aimed for Dean again, but this time Dean was ready and he rolled on his belly. He quickly stood and grabbed the box. He began to open it when Cas grabbed his legs, causing Dean to lose his balance.
As they wrestled high heels were heard.
“That’s enough”
Dean and Cas looked up and Dean recognized the woman as Naomi. She was accompanied by two male angels. Or at least they’re vessels were male. One of the m knelt and jerked the box out of Dean’s hands. The other pulled Dean up.
“What do you want me to do with him?” he asked Naomi.
“Lock him up” Naomi ordered.
“No, wait, I have to get back” Dean panicked as the angel dragged him along. “Cas! Help me! You can’t let them do this! You have to fight them!”

Since there was no way any of them was going to get any sleep, they packed their bags and loaded the Impala. Dean placed himself behind the wheel, Sam sat next to him and Meg on the backseat.
“First stop: Pontiac, Illinois” Dean said, as he started the engines and drove ahead. As they drove Dean turned on the radio to break the silence.
Meg stared out of the window. She felt utterly powerless. Had she still been a demon she would’ve just zapped herself to him. But then maybe she wouldn’t have felt this way and she wouldn’t even bother to go find him.
Maybe this was a sign. Maybe she was supposed to let go and go back to her old life.
No!, she reproached herself. You’re not going back to killing for fun. You didn’t get this far to throw it all away. You’re going to find Cas and get him back.
“Everything okay, there?” Dean asked.
“Yeah, I’m good” Meg replied with a mischievous smile.
