An hour later the bell rang and Evan walked to the window. He saw two unfamiliar boys standing in front of his house. He opened the window and called them. They looked up. They looked rather stupid.
“Mr. Trumble, we were sent to help you with your Ghost problem. Can you let us in, please?” one of them asked.
“Sssshhh!” Evan hissed. “I’m not opening the door. There’s a ladder over there” He pointed to left and the boys simultaneously rotated their heads. “Climb up here”
They walked to the ladder and carried it to the window. They put it against the wall. “You first” “No, you go first” “Why me?” “Why me?” “I’m afraid of heights” “So, you’re afraid of heights, but not of ghosts?”
“Aaahhh!!”
The boys looked up. Evan had disappeared. They quickly climbed the ladder and crawled through the window. Evan was lying on the ground against the wall.
Before any of them could do anything one of them was grabbed by his collar and thrown out the window.
The other ghost facer searched his bag and conjured an iron pipe. He put on special glasses and swung around with the pipe. “Do you have a phone in here?” he yelled. Evan handed him his phone and while the ghost facer tried to keep the ghost away from himself and Evan he dialed a number.
“Sam Winchester”
“Sam. You don’t know me, but I know you’ve heard of the ghost facers. We’re having a situation. One that requires professional help” the ghost facer said. “This ghost is very aggressive. She killed my buddy”
“What’s the address?” Sam asked. The ghost facer gave him Evan’s address and Sam frowned as he recognized it. He hung up and looked at Dean. “Do you remember Cas’ trial? You know, when he was suspected to be a pedophile? You remember Daphne’s attorney, Evan Trumble? Seems he’s being haunted by a ghost”
“Serves him right” Dean replied uncaring.

Since there was no way any of them was going to get any sleep, they packed their bags and loaded the Impala. Dean placed himself behind the wheel, Sam sat next to him and Meg on the backseat.
“First stop: Pontiac, Illinois” Dean said, as he started the engines and drove ahead. As they drove Dean turned on the radio to break the silence.
Meg stared out of the window. She felt utterly powerless. Had she still been a demon she would’ve just zapped herself to him. But then maybe she wouldn’t have felt this way and she wouldn’t even bother to go find him.
Maybe this was a sign. Maybe she was supposed to let go and go back to her old life.
No!, she reproached herself. You’re not going back to killing for fun. You didn’t get this far to throw it all away. You’re going to find Cas and get him back.
“Everything okay, there?” Dean asked.
“Yeah, I’m good” Meg replied with a mischievous smile.
