Well when you create a spot at fanpop it doesnt show your the owner/creator. Cause they dont want wars like: I created this first.--.bla bla bla. So unless the person tells you or adds it to the welcome message.- you wont find out
I think it might have been made by the owner of the site, because normally there is the name of the person who created it.
I'm not sure if this is right though sorry :(
