I kind of semi-ship them. I thought that Willow's initial crush on Xander was mega cute, and I wish they'd been given better closure than fooling around their respective partners' backs, but I prefer Willow/Oz, Willow/Tara and Xander/Anya as ships, and I wouldn't chose to sacrifice Willow's later sexuality story-line to have her with Xander.
