Easily Willow. Willow can kill things with magic and from a distance too. She could kill them before they could even see her.

But, as I've mentioned today, questions like this do not belong here. First because the answers feature is not for matters of opinion, it is for questions of fact. Second, this is the Buffy spot. As much as I hate to admit it, Willow would win (Dark Willow, non- evil Willow would be too kind)
Magic can kill anything, even Vampires like the Cullens.

Willow! She could just set them on fire with her mind!

Willow would win, easily if she was her evil self.

Willow past season 6 because when she was evil she flayed a guy with her magic! And Even when she wasn't evil she was like a "Goddess" So the Cullens wouldn't stand a chance against her.

Willow she is a really strong witch, and for one shes awesome but if you mess with her in one second your done!
