Half and half. I do like her growth over the movie but I didn't like how only at the last minute was she sorry about transforming her mom.

yes...the way she has to do something when no one is listening and understanding her, she throws a rebellion, finds an impulsive answer to her problem, gets worried only a lil first by seeing her mom turned into a bear, gets jittery about consequences, gets annoyed on her own impulsive act and how she only meant it for good, then tries to find a more mature solution in tandem with her mother...finally realizes how she has jeopardized her mother's life...scared to death that she won't get her back...i love every emotion she goes through
