Lets Give 2 Weeks For People To Give In There Ideas For This Then Make Picks To Pick The Banner, Icon And Motto? But Can You Make The Banners First Then After Make The Icons.

oh btw i think we should pick the banner before the icon, because banners are harder to make, and after the banner has been picked, we can choose a matching icon.
There has been a lot of mismatch banner and icons in some spots because we've picked icon and banner at the same time without thinking that do they match.
