Bones Question

Question About The Verdict In The Story

Towards the end of this episode when Booth is being questioned, the lawyer says that he counts three other people in the courtroom that could have commited the murder. Booth said that Caroline did'nt do it sp the lawyer is stuck with him and the lawyer then said that he believes it could have been Dr Brennan. But then Booth says "I see where you're going with this".

I don't understand that line Booth says. What is it meant to mean?
Does anybody else know?

I think it means that earlier in the episode when Bones asks Booth for his advice about her dads case, he only then gets what she meant when he's sitting there in the courtroom and Bones says she could have killed the man. Hope this helps! :)
