Bones Question

Booth saving Brennan in "The Doctor in the photo"...

Ok this is been bugging me since last week:

How did Booth know about Brennan could be in danger ???... In the way that I understand the ep, she was comming back at the lab when everyone was already gone, that's why no one knew that she was working at late alone in the lab, except for Micah. She wouldn't be alone if Cam or Angela would know that she was working in the night...

So I have 2 theories:

1. After the "little" B&Bs disagreement in Booths office, he noticed that she's not fine, and he tracks her down to check how is she, then he arrives at the lab just in time to see her taking the cab and he follows her...

2. Some one told Booth that she was working alone in the lab... that person would be Micah, so that would make him real...

So, what do you think ???

well, we both know taht they are actually quite protective of each other and they are very close and deep down inside they both love each other.
i think he most probably knows there is something wrong with her and decides to follow her. so i guess theory one would be best.. considering that we dont know if micah is real or not.. (i want him to be real!!)
