What exacly is a medal.. ? You know the red yellow and green ones - die hard fan, dedicated fan ect. Wich is best ? How do you get them ?

I have no idear and I'm very curious.. :p I've seen on other profiles they have them but I have no idear if it's something you earn and if it is how :P
