She group up Rukan distric (soul sociaty) among mostly boys (exept her best friend Neko) Boys allways thought they are stronger then girls and made fun of the girls. When she grew up she became strong and claimed that she will become a soul reaper one day (but she was maid fun of, because boys think girls are week) When she grew up she became strong and brought a lot of boys down. She grew up in a poor family and serviving was hard. She encoraged Neko to becaomse a soul reaper with her. Because she's all tough she hdes her love for girly things. Only Neko know about real her.

He often wears the black shihaksho when he's not in a Gigai (he has to wear it for specific reasons and a series of unfortunate events). When he's in his gigai he can be seen wearing a gray butler suit with a crown pin in the lapalle. He can almost always been seen with alicia rosewither (his ward) perched atop his shoulder.

History:
After being banished to earth for reasons unknown (havent thot of a story for him yet), He confronts Alicia who sees his spirit form. She blackmails him into service (she is LOADED), but in time they begin to trust one another. In time he was found to be innocent for the false accusation on him. When it was time for him to leave earth, he decides to stay instead

He throws his zanpakuto into the air and it bursts into a bright light. Out of the light comes a metallic eagle carrying a bow. Daidallus (the eagle) attacks the enemy while Hidaeki fires arrows from afar.

"Tenku no Iguru Yoroi, Daidallus" (Heavenly Eagle Armor, Daidallus)
The eagle becomes a full plate of armor with the wings closed in the back. The Bow grows to around 5.5 feet and gets a metal edge on the arc .

Bankai abilities: Ite Fomu (Archer Form): Hidaeki uses the bow to fire arrows made of distorted air. This makes it so he never runs out of ammo.
Tsuin Buredo (Twin Blade): The Bow is broken in half and used as two blades for emphasis on speed and attack.
Hane no Arashi (Feather Storm): The wings on the back expand and the feathers shoot out to attack the enemy or enemies at it were.

On his right arm he has a tattoo of 2 snakes slithering down from his shoulder ending at his wrist. He wields his zanpakuto in reveres grip.

Personality: Shihō is shy to people whom he meets for the first time, upon first encounter he comes across as a silent, polite person, though after becoming friends his personality completely flips over, he is energetic, playful and talkative, he loves spending time with his friends and getting into all kinds of mischief and often gets scolded by Ukitake and Senato (Next character) because of this. Despite the two extremes of his personality, he has one simple goal in battle; to protect.

History: As a child, Shihō had unusually high spiritual power, this one fact set in motion the events that led to him becoming a shinigami. 3 days after his birthday he was out with his parents in rukongai, when multiple hollow attacked them, because of his high spiritual power, both his parents were cut down before his eyes as they tried to protect him, as the hollow closed in on him, his inner power suddenly came out, a shock-wave of spiritual power knocked the hollow back because of it's strength it disoriented the hollow and alerted the young Senato Ajibana, before the hollow could get to him, he was saved by Senato. Senato convinced him to use the power he had within him to protect others and to stop the incident that killedhis parents from ever happening again. He was visited daily by Senato, whom he later found out was the Lieutenant of squad 13. After graduating far ahead of his class, he joined squad 13 to be with his friend, eventually because of his strength he was recommended to become a captain, but denied the offer quickly and then accepted to become co-lieutenant of squad 13 alongside Senato, his brother by bond.

Description: Senato is an extremely young looking child, he is even younger looking than Toshiro Hitsugaya despite being considerably older, some say this is attributed to the fact that he died very young whereas others say it is connected to his powers, which cause a soft light to glow around him before he could control his spiritual power. His zanpakuto is shorter than average and thus he is able to have it on his left side. He has a white wrapping around his right forearm which wraps around the hilt of his zanpakuto when he draws it making it impossible for his zanpakuto to be knocked out of his grasp.

Personality: Senato is a friendly likable person, although often under-estimated because of his looks, by enemies as well as fellow shinigami, he has proven himself more than worthy of his position a lieutenant, his cunning rivals that of captains and his ability to plan and coordinate his squad members cannot be matched, he is levelheaded and tries hard to be helpful to both his squad members and his fellow lieutenants. He is often seen "scolding" Shihō Takumi, his co-lieutenant but cares for him like a brother. He loves sweet foods and playing Shogi, most of the time with Ukitake, he dislikes being treated as a child.

History: When he was a young child in the living world, Senato was murdered on his way home from school, after his death he wondered around for a long year before he was given a soul burial by a not so bright shinigami who wasn't even able to notice the boy's powerful spirit force, which actually gave his body a soft glow of light. In rukongai he met the young Toshiro Hitsugaya, with whom he quickly attempted to make friends, as he felt sorry for the boy whom everyone seemed to avoid, though Toshiro continued to be rather cold to him, he never stopped. When Toshiro decided that he was going to become a shinigami, Senato followed in hot pursuit. After graduating Senato decided not to follow Toshiro to squad 10 so as to allow him to focus, he then joined squad 13 after an accidental meeting with Ukitake, surprised by seeing such a young child Ukitake asked him what he was doing, after explaining his story to Ukitake, he was offered a place in the 13th squad, because of his considerably high grades and power, and also because Ukitake had taken a considerable liking to him.
After joining the squad he still went to meet Toshiro on a regular basis. Once he became lieutenant he gained many duties and so was unable to visit Toshiro as much, it was shortly after his promotion that he met and saved Shihō with whom he bonded rather quickly.

Description: Kunshu is a giant of a man, being even taller than Captain of the 7th Division Komamura. But don't take his size for granted, he is quick on his feet and quite smart when it comes to battle. He is tall and muscular, which usually deters any opponents from trying to attack him. He demands attention, an when he demands it, he gets it. He is one of only 4 people in Soul Society that dual-wields his bankai. He wields the strongest fire type zanpacto, but it seems so undersized for him.

Personality: Kunshu isn't a very personable person. If he isn't obeyed by someone under him, his temper flairs. But he also has a kind side for animals and children. He is also quite a pervert, peeping in on the women in the SS every now and then. He loves to fight too, always challenging Kenpachi and the other captains to duels.

History: Kunshu is a soul that was born and raised by a poor Soul Society family. And although he was poor he trained every day, not really having much of a childhood. When his "family" were slaughtered by Aizen at the start of his plans at the age of 12, he went on a rampage, killing no less than 13 Vasto Lorde. He was then taken in by the current Royal Guard members. His special training with them exceeded anything that the people in SS would ever receive. Kunshu, when his elders were taken into the Royal Guard was invited to join, but declined for Soul Society was his life, not the King. He rose greatly in power and was every so often trained by the guards. He recently had his current Zanpakuto forged by a mixture of the powers of Kirinji and Namaiya.

History: When he was younger he was bullied by many of his village’s kids. One time it got so bad that he lost control of his ice like spirit energy and froze part of the town and wounded many people. After wards the caption of squad ten at the time found out about him and tracked him down. Soon after he was on his way to becoming a soul reaper. But, because no one knew his name and because he didn’t want to say it the started calling him Aisumasutā, because of his ice like spirit energy and zanpakotu.

History: She was searching for something every time, but noone knew what that was. When she became shinigami, she hasn't got something... nobody noticed that she hasn't got a sword yet. I made this Shinigami years ago with a zanpakuto for the Fallout RP. I plan on rejoining an RP which is why I'm re-posting. It seems like it's not as active around here as it once was though.

Affiliation: Member of a once revered Ketsueki–Shizoku clan that owned a large part of the Sereiti thousands of years before Yoshiyuki was born but now exiled in the world of the living.

Description: He has a determined, piercing glare on his face as if every action he does is for a very literal purpose. He and all of the Ketsueki-Shizoku are still Shinigami [even though living in the real world] thus they are all wearing black kimonos. Yoshiyuki Ketsueki is no different. He wears 12 platinum vials around his waist at belt line containing his own previously extracted blood. Each vial=1 pint. In Bankai however, his upper body is exposed and all of his skin takes a holographic-platinum appearance. In the center of his chest is a hole similar in size to a hollow's but covering his heart is a black, obsidian rock that glows in synch with the orb at the hilt of Hyouhen Tenshin and Ekitaikinzoku. While in Byouyomi shi Zettaireido form, Yoshiyuki's entire body transforms into this platinum, malleable metal.

History: The Ketsueki–Shizoku clan owned a large part of the Sereiti thousands of years before Yoshiyuki was born but now exiled in the world of the living. His WAY older brother that he has never met betrayed the Soul Society and revealed the long kept secret of the clan’s powers: Ketsueki Yuukai – Blood fusion and Shoueki – Blood Serum. Due to his brother’s betrayal and the knowledge of the Ketsueki-Shizoku clan’s abilities, the central 46 deemed them barbaric and inhumane and exiled the entire clan to live in obscurity in the world of the living and struck them from all the records.
This exile has caused the Ketsueki-Shizoku clan to form a hidden colony in the world of the living that no one outside of the clan knows exist. This exile [and the nature of their specialties which will be mentioned later] has made the Ketsueki-Shizoku clan exceptional at concealing reitsu. The Ketsueki-Shizoku clan was the first Shinigami to ever use shunkou.
Much like the Kuchiki clan has held dominance on squad 6, the Ketsueki-Shizoku clan were the keepers of squad 2 and the Special Forces thus they are all exceptionally stealthy assassins. The abilities Ketsueki Yuukai and Shoueki are used by almost all members of the clan though the specific zanpakuto’s abilities do vary. Yoshiyuki’s absorbs metal but, even though most of them have a form of absorption, Yoshiyuki’s is the only one that absorbs metal.
Yoshiyuki in specific is revered as a black sheep in the clan. He has risen to Lieutenant through sheer determination, and due to this he is much stronger than what a normal lieutenant would be, but the general population of the colony never associates with him in a sort of way like he doesn't exist. The majority of the rest of the colony fear him because of his brother’s powers [only the elders that know of it] and Yoshiyuki’s own powers. This neglect has transformed Yoshiyuki into a cold, just, yet harsh individual. He has made it his burden and goal to one day leave the colony and travel to Soul Society to restore his clan’s honor. His last name is the clan’s name because his direct descendants where all previous captains and leaders of the clan thus is his inheritance. Nothing else matters and he is willing to go to great length to make this possible.
This neglect; he blames on his older brother who he’s never met nor does he know his name for the elders will not reveal it to anyone in the population of the colony. His blood lust for his brother is the only thing that can step in the way of his goal to restore his family’s honor. If met, he would undoubtedly fight him to the death with no regards for his own or anyone else’s safety. [This is not my pre-justification to use the self-destruction part of Byouyomi shi Zettaireido.]

Only one person from bleach is in my world and thats Captain-Commander cause he has to be the leader etc can create someone else to replace him. also I know you said keep it realistic so everything is not 100 I went to wiki and captains is up to 600 im going off that and my battle states may seem silly but it is the same total as Shunsui Kyoraku 530/600 I feel not only puts him to be consider as one of the strongest like Kyoraku and fits who I am as well fits how I created myself in my world

His bandages are worn under his Shinigami clothes and the reason is to hide the many scars he has obtained throughout his life and countless battles. His appearance alone is one of the intimidating things about him

Personality: Ruiisu has a smooth stern voice that at times when serious, angry; in the heat battle can sound very demonic. He tends to be very loud, outspoken, he can be very aggressive along with an incredible killing intent that he shows on a consistently basis which leads many to feel that he is a cold person. He is head strong always willing to step into a fight no matter who they are or the consequences that will come which people feel he is too hasty and reckless but he always responds “the best observation is in the heat of battle!” Ruiisu has a keen awareness not only for battle but in life around him, which makes him an intelligent man despite the way he is. He is tough not only to his squad but mostly everyone. He wants to show strength, power, skill and fearlessness and expects his subordinates to do the same. Despite being known as “The reckless one” “The demon of Gotei 13” Ruiisu also shows a superb sense of humor with catchy one liners in all types of situations. In the end everyone knows Ruiisu is loyal to the Gotei 13, soul society, and his comrades which is why they deal with the craziness he brings

History: Not much is known of Ruiisu’s life prior to his death. Once his soul entered soul society; which is believed at the age of 15; he roamed as a homeless soul in a village called Yuihara. He befriended a girl named Regika; they grew very close. One day a group of villagers from Okakwan bumped into Regika in a field; with the hate for people from Yuihara they attacked her relentlessly to point of killing her. Ruiisu happen to see the killing blow as he got there with a picnic basket in hand. As they laughed Ruiisu’s rage took over; he let out an enormous Spiritual power and killing the group with his bare hands. After Ruiisu held Regika and sobbed but the trouble just began. Due to his burst of power a tear open in the sky allowing many hollows to come through, as many attacked Yuihara one attacked Ruiisu. Sacred Ruiisu tried his best to defend himself and Regika’s body but was no match until Deividdo Kwan Captain of the 5th squad considered one of the strongest Shinigami besides captain-commander in the Goti 13 arrived and dispatched the hollow as his Lieutenant Juko tynka and others fought to save Yuihara. Yuihara was saved but Juko died in the battle. In the after math Deividdo buried Juko and help Ruiisu burry Regika. Deividdo put his hand on a crying Ruiisu and thought “for a young man to have a spiritual power on the level of a captain” looked down at him and said “theirs greatness awaiting you boy”.

Few years later

Ruiisu(with no hair at the time) has entered the Shinigami Academy Thanks to Deividdo. Ruiisu entered as an unknown prospect; which lead him to be picked on and many fights occurred. He befriended Rebekka Kwan the daughter of Deividdo and Maikeru Varentiin. Rebekka reminded Ruiisu of Regika; he instantly said to himself that he will protect her forever till his dying breath. All three did well in the academy discovering their strengths and weaknesses; one of Ruiisu’s was Kido as he could not really master that area at all. Deividdo monitored Ruiisu and Rebekka’s development. After graduating from the Shinigami Academy Ruiisu was considered A Master swordsman, Master in Hakuda, Shunpo Master, and known for his immense spiritual power that of a captain but was judge heavily on his lack of kido knowledge and his aggressive nature lead many to question his intelligence. Rebekka was a well-balanced Shinigami and Maikeru a master strategist & tactician. Deividdo was happy with the results of Ruiisu. Ruiisu was placed in the 5th Division under Deividdo as his new Lieutenant and Rebekka as his 3rd seat while Maikeru went to the 8th division.
As Deividdo’s Lieutenant; Deividdo teachings and ways passed on to Ruiisu. Ruiius accomplished many things over the years as a Lieutenant, fought many battles and began to mold the person he will be known all over the Gotei 13. He trained hard with Deividdo and learned well which in turn made him one of the few Lieutenants to not only have a Shikai but a Bankai as well that only Deividdo Knew. He was considered one of the strongest Shinigami right behind Captain-Commander and Deividdo. He was always by Deividdo side most of the time and it was a sight to see them together especially in the heat of battle

As years progressed

Ruiisu continued to excel and developed and become even stronger. There were major battles in soul society that threaten the Goti 13 and everything they stood for. Deividdo was defeated and Rebekka was hurt that is when Ruiisu took it upon himself to take on the three enemies that were able to fight toe to toe with a captain, in this fight he finally showed his Bankai and won the fight despite the odds. After this show of strength and valor Ruiisu took the Captain Proficiency test along with Personal Recommendations became the Captain of the 3rd division to replace the Captain that died in battle. Deividdo lived and recovered well. He was happy to see how far Ruissu has come. He remained as 5th division Captain with his new Lieutenant Rebekka. Ruiisu went and had Maikeru transferred from 8th division to the 3rd to be his Lieutenant. Maikeru asked why he would want him as his Lieutenant Ruiisu replied “I need someone smarter than me at my side and you’re the smartest guy I know”. Ruiisu has now become known as one of the strongest captains in the Gotei 13. He still can be found by Deividdo side and when these two Captains approach you alone or together; only one thing can be known you’re in the world of hurt.

Zanpakuto

Oni Joufu(Demon Warrior): Oni Joufu is a regular Katana with a purple tassel at the end. His Zanpakuto has his own personality; it is aggressive by nature, always looking to spill blood, always looking for a fight. Its sole purpose is to wreak havoc and strike fear into others. Oni Joufu’s unique power uses its owners own Reiatus to fuel its attacks. It is believe that due to all this that is why Oni Joufu found its way to Ruiisu for they are the same and he could give Oni Joufu the things he wanted most.

Oni Taishita Subeta(Demon Great Sword): An ability where Oni Joufu is able transform into a huge great sword with the purple tassel at the end. In this form Oni Joufu is very heavy and requires massive strength to wield. Due to its size and weight along with Ruiisu’s natural strength he can be a very destructive force and looks to always finish his enemy with this simple form. Also Oni Joufu is often confused for a wind type Zanpakuto but that is not the case, due to Oni Joufu state in this form with Ruiisu’s power he can manipulate the wind patterns around him through brute force by swinging his blade constantly to direct massive winds to pulverize and immobilize his target so he can follow up with a crushing blow from his great sword.

Shikai

Kai Ken Sou Oni Joufu(Reap and Destroy Demon Warrior): Kai Ken Sou is the release command to enter shikai. Oni Joufu takes on the form of a long black steel Trident with a curved blade tips with a middle blade with a purple tassel at the end. In this form Oni Joufu delivers massive strength and destruction, just pure brute force and aggressive fighting style.

Myou Bakuha(Dark Blast): Myou Bakuha is a technique Ruiisu performs in Shikai. Using his spiritual power Ruiisu is able to shoot a powerful beam from the front of the trident. The beam is the color of his Reiatsu a mix of purple & black

Bankai

Oni Sumizome Joufu(Demon Dark Warrior): In Bankai Oni Joufu takes on a different form. Ruiisu’s right arm is encased in sliver steel with tiny spikes on each knuckle. Two massive blades; one from the outer side of the elbow the other from the inner side reach far past his hand; Ruiisu arm becoming a trident. In this form Oni Joufu delivers massive strength and destruction, aggression on a whole other scale. The fighting style, nature of attack just screams with killing intent, showcasing the true rage not only Oni Joufu's but Ruiisu’s.

Kyo Sa-ji Bakuha(Big Surge Blast): Oni Joufu blades open in turn looks like a bow. Kyo Sa-ji Bakuha is a stronger form of Myou Bakuha; the beam becomes bigger. Due to it using a greater amount of Ruiisu’s Reiatsu it is a deadly and destructive move. It is the color of his Reiatsu

Myou Kasui(Dark Spikes): Ruiisu is able to shoot multiple long spike like bullets. It is the color of his Reiatsu

Myou Kadou(Dark Vortex): Ruiisu shoots a medium size ball. Upon contact it forms into a destructive vortex that rips anything caught into shreds. it is the color of his Reiatsu

Heru Doki(Hells Wrath): Heru Doki is the strongest technique Ruiisu has in Bankai form. Unleashing Oni Joufu most precious place to be. Ruiisu shoots four large balls to the ground which forms demon seals. The seals connect to each other creating a massive vortex surrounding him and his opponent. Within the vortex, everything else is cut off. It turns the sealed area into a privet battle grown. In the vortex Ruiisu right arm is now encased in black Reiatsu with purple sparks flashing around it(like lighting) as his blade. He is able to use all of Oni Joufu’s abilities at will not only from his arm but anywhere from inside the vortex. There is a catch Heru Doki does not end till one person as reach death whether it is the opponent or Ruiisu himself someone must die

Kadou Hateshi Bure-Ku(Vortex Limit break): Is Ruiisu second strongest technique and can only be used in Heru Doki. Ruiisu body is engulfed in his own black Reiatsu with pruple sparks flashing around him; his eyes also turn purple. Ruiisu unleashes the giant vortex power which causes a massive tornado storm with destructive force to rip everything into pieces. This move is risky because it also damages Ruiisu badly along with his opponent.

Despite not showing it, she does care for cousins adoptive sister Rukia and becomes more caring after Aizen's defection and tries to become more social.

The reason for her detached attitude is because she accidentally killed her best and only friend in an training session and she has never had a friend ever since.

Personality: Ken is normally incredibly laidback, he prefers to be called by his last name rather that his first. Despite how laid back he is, he is still a hard worker and often gets his reports done on time, but is slightly cocky claiming that his Zanpak-to is the Strongest Snow and Ice type. He enjoys battle and using his full power and looks down upon those who do not use their full potential in battle. However he has a more sadistic side when he does enter battle, and he enjoys toying with opponents as he kills them, whenever he use his Shikai or Bankai he tells his opponent of how he got his Zanpak-to and achieved both forms. This and another incident in his past which caused the head captain to ban him from fighting except in serious circumstances.

History: Ken died a human at the age of 10, when he arrived in the rukongai he arrived in the furthest lying region in the east. He lived for 10 years stealing food and clothes, until he wandered upon a dead shinigami who had been stabbed with her own sword, right through the heart. When he removed the blade he slipped in the blood and cut himself on his left arm leaving the largest of his scars. shortly afterwards he joined the Shinigami academy and entered the Gotei 13 after 10 years (Ten years before the events of bleach). When he first joined the Gotei 13 he joined squad 4 due to his skill with kido. 4 years into his time there he got into an argument with 3 guys from squad 11. he promptly killed 2 of them and critically wounded the third. This caused him to be banned from fighting and transferred to squad 10 where Captain Hitsugya could keep an eye upon him.

Out of work, she prefers to wear a hanfu, but if going out with someone they convince her to wear something simple.

Personality: Xia is a very reserved and solemn person who works to just get the job done. She doesn't go talking to people often and prefers to be alone, but she can do small talk or planning with people with ease. She is a very calm person and doesn't tend to show her emotions unless in a very dire situation. She doesn't let her temper flare, she sees doing that as something immature, which she tries her best not to be.
It isn't really "shy", but it is her decision to be quiet, she could talk all day to people if she wanted to but she just.. doesn't.
She enjoys peaceful walks, and sometimes even does origami in her spare time. She loves spicy food.

History: Xia was killed at the age of 8 from being buried alive by the people of her home village. They considered her a demon from the day she was born, due to her mother having an affair with another man, which was considered unethical, and the child was a demon sent from hell to set things right and kill everyone of the villiage in revenge of the affair(i am still working on this part).
She was then sent to the Rukongai right before a hollow was about to "eat her", and she hoped to get a new start at this place, where she could be accepted. But she was wrong.
Everyone in the Rukongai she was raised in knew about what she was before she died and were on the side of the people who buried her, and they considered her a demon, so she was treated harshly here as well. There was only one person who trusted ehr, who was named Aoi. It took her a while to trust him, but eventually they grew very close. However, during the time before they grew close, she was always one to rob food from others, as well as clothes hanging outside. After they grew close, Aoi was debating whether or not to enter the Shino Academy, in which Xia convinced him to do so, and then he convinced her to join as well.
She didn't care for becoming a shinigami, she already assumed she would not be accepted there either, so she only joined to stick by her close friend's side. however, on the first day of training to kill hollows, Aoi was killed and Xia's arm was terribly injured, which left a scar on her upper right arm(I am trying to develop that Xia unknowingly killed him).
She was devastated knowing her close friend was now dead and she was left alone, but a few days after she made a decision. Aoi had aimed to become a captain, but now that he was gone, she would take up that dream for him. So she started trying her hardest in the Academy, scoring some of the best scores on the tests and exercises. Once graduated, she was assigned to being a lieutenant(Izuru came on later on, and they shared the position), and soon after the betrayal of the Soul Society she was assigned to a captain's position.

Sword's appearance: When not activated, it is just a normal katana with a blue handle and yellow diamond lace on it. The cross guard is a circular shape.
Shinkai: It is still just a katana, but the sword's cross guard is slowly forming into two small, slouched over demons.
Bankai: The katana transforms into a liuyedao sword, the handle color is the same. the circle now has two silver demons you can remove from the sword to throw at your opponent, however it takes a few minutes for it to form on the sword again so you either use your other one or retrieve the one you threw. She tends to activate her Aoi honōnoken(“Blue Flaming Sword”, her sword, aside from the handle, is blue flames) when in this mode.

Shinkai Name: Hi no akuma(Fiery demon)

During her bankai, a blue fiery vortex surrounds her, allowing her body to become engulfed in flames as well. Whenever the vortex disappears, she is shown to have a flaming demon tail, as well as two small horns on top of her head; her whole body is still in flames, but it does not affect her. With this, it allows hand-to-hand combat nearly impossible unless her opponent is willing to burn themselves.
Her speed also increases.
However, there is a catch to this; due to her zanpakuto being a demon, the zanpakuto possess her, allowing both of them being partially in control of her own body. If Xia were to go unconscious or become too weak to control her body, her zanpakuto would come into control and attack instead. Her zanpakuto, however, is known for going a bit crazy and wild, so it may attack allies as well, but they do it does get the job done.

Shinkai Moves:

Aoi honōnoken(“Blue Flaming Sword”): Her sword, apart from the handle, is engulfed in blue flames, raising the attack a fire-type moves.

Moeru yōna surasshu(Fiery slash): Xia slashes her sword towards a direction, causing around a 10 foot tall slash to go towards that direction. The speed and power of this move depends on her health; if she is weak, it becomes slower and not as powerful, and then there is vice-versa.

Bankai moves:

Burūōbu(Blue Orb): This move can only be accomplished if the target is still; a blue flaming orb surrounds the opponent, and on her command she points at it and turns her sword 90 degrees, causing the orb to push in on the target, burning them.

Senryō(Possession): Whenever her sword touches the opponent's weapon and she says this, her zanpakuto is transferred over to her enemy's sword, causing the opponent's zanpakuto to be useless(due to hers not making it capable to work anymore), as well as her own(However, her sword and appearance stay the same, and she is now in full control of her body). Now they only have a sword fight, and until Xia summons her own again it will stay like this. However, if the other's zanpakuto's spirit breaks out of the possession, the other is able to use their power again.

BANKAI : in his bankai form, a veil of thick reiatsu is enveloped around him and his enemy and then he is covered in gold amour and his swords turn golden and because of this his bankai as well has a time limit and during that time limit he his as strong as ever and once his time limit is over there is a serious drawback and he cant fight for a certain amount of time but of course hes gonna train and try to overcome this obstacle
