Okay so after the thing for Best Lieutenant, there will be a contest for best filler character(Be request).

Does anyone know either what some filler characters names are or a site that has a list?

Movie characters will not be included, nor will the Bounts(that would make it too long...).

Probably not. I'll probably do a poll for those guys on their own as there are so many of em...Thanks for the help!

yea these are the only that are missing since your not counting the bounts or zanpakuto
