As far as I know from only seeing the anime(My computer will not allow me to read the manga T_T) We never actually saw what happened to Tensa Zangetsu after he fused with Ichigo's inner hollow. So for all we know, Ichigo could have a completely new badass form for his Hollowfication, or it could just be the same but with more power. Either way I do believe that he still has his hollow powers, but it is something to think about....

I know that he faded and all, but he was brought back along with Ichigo's spiritual pressure, so maybe the hollow was brought back as well since they were fused.

He might, because he kept on transforming into a hollow untill all of his spiritual pressure went away, maybe it is till inside him. Without his hollow, he basically an adverage soul reaper...
