I need help remembering who said this memorable quote for a motivational poster!!!!

Okay, so the picture above is what I have so far (Please don't steal my idea, I'm doing this for.... personal purpose, please don't pry.) Anyway, I can't tell if it's Renji or Ichigo that says this line:
"I copied what I saw on television here. Do you have a problem?"

(By the way it says this:
Ichigo...
When will you realize that you can't gain super powers by jumping into buckets of toxic/nuclear waste. They might not have a problem with it, but you could be dead within a few minutes. This just goes to show you, don't believe everything you see on T.V.)
