What would a Soul Reaper Quincy look like?

Just saying, if Uryu had a cousin who was somehow half Soul Reaper.........and they had full abilities of both...

yes, because Uryuu had a sorta lightsaber sword while fighting arrancar etc. ( the ones he got from Kisuke)
