absolutely not because the bible even says if you do certain things you should be put to death
would we want killers to serve the sentence get out and walk the streets again? NO!
What about rapists? NO!
If someone kills someone they should be killed too, that's just how it is

But even a convicted murderer should have a shot at redemption. Salvation is for all!

I am for the death penalty, but I am also for deep discernment on what crimes deserve the death penalty.
The situation is what makes the difference.

I don't consider criminals an exception.

Also I'm against because I think criminals should be made to think about their actions, so if you keep them in a cell the rest of their life, all they can do is think about the horrible crimes they committed, thus driving them to guilt.

I'm for it but only when outstaning evidence against the individual I'm not talking about the kinds of guys who get in a fist fight and one dies...I'm saying people who kill and slarter someone just because they wanted to see what it was like. Maybe not because a man drank and drived and hit someone(I know that is manslatter) But people whos intent was clearly 'to kill'.

They might feel guity after and their should be a few months before so he can set his will right and find/get back/ or repent to what ever God he belevies in. The death penalty should be humane and the prisoner should be treated normaly not beaten or thrown down etc. but like Surar-N-Spice said the Crime should fit.

Most criminals will commit crime again. Fetuses are innocent.
