^If it's something new, you should probably consult a doctor. You could maybe be anemic. Although I've heard some women hyperventilate when their cramps are severe and that could cause you to black out.

I do get very dizzy on the first day though, and often a horrible stomach ache. I don't get much warning before it starts, but that's usually a way of me knowing that it has begun!

I get dizzy and sometimes fall asleep on the floor in my house but it's not "fainting" I just can't stand it anymore so I just lay there and fall asleep

I be feeling like I'm gonna pass out but I don't actually pass out. I just get really sick when I'm on. By sick I mean nausea sick and yes I barf when I'm on. The pain is just so bad it makes me sick like that. I get so light headed and so weak that I can't get up and do anything at all. I just be feeling like I'm gonna faint but really I'm just nauseated <bad spelling.
