^ that's a stereotype! Drama happens with or without boys! In boy and girl school drama most likely to happen because girls might fight over guys! My school actually has little drama!

I didn't, but the idea doesn't appeal to me. I know quite a lot of people who did go to an all boys or all girls school (some are relatives, others are people I went to college with or worked with) and I've noticed that people who only socialise with their own gender can be very pro-stereotype or pro-gender role later in life. Guys who have come out of all boys schools that I know seem to have this idea in their head that women don't get jobs; they just get married and stay at home. Girls who go to all girls schools don't seem to think that (fortunately) but some of them still treat guys like they're a different species. I'm not saying that everyone who goes to a single gender school will wind up like this, but from the people I know I've been put off of them and don't think I'd want to enrol my own kids in them!

I don't care much either way. My high school is coed and so are most of the colleges I'm applying to, but one of my top schools is also Mount Holyoke, which is all girls. Whether a school is coed or not doesn't matter to me because I like being around guys but I'm a lesbian so I don't need them haha.

I go to an all girl school and I know a lot of girls that have no problem communication with boys. If a girl goes to all girl school all her life, she can be weird around boys. But when it's high school, it doesn't change the girl at all. I know few girls (including myself) in my school, that are awkward around guys to begin with. I dunno about boys though, I heard something like you said for the first time about all boy school. But maybe these boys come form these family backgrounds and have these ignorant beliefs. I understand you have bad "experience" with this stuff, so whatever.
But as someone that goes to same sex high school I can tell you:
The atmosphere is different from co-ed. They way we are made to be strong and independent girls. The way we bond as a school. Going to a school with all girls made me stronger as a female and a person. We learned how to appreciate ourselves more and our gender.
But that's just my (and many of my schoolmates) experiences.
