Hmmmm, Personally I'm not exactly sure what to say because I don't get scared of Anime's... ._.
You could (If you own any) Get one of your favorite pieces of anime merchandise and hug it or put it near you or glance at it every so often while you watch~
Or wherever you computer is if there is a T.V near you can in the background put on a happy show or a show/movie that makes you happy~
Or you can watch it with a close friend who isn't as much afraid as you are~
Or the hardest thing to do: Just sit there and at least Try to watch it without any help or anything. After a while you might get over the scariness of High School of The Dead~
