Kamisama Hajimemashita is similar to Maid sama comedy, character and romance wise. Not to mention both have that cute and "bubbly" atmosphere. The only thing is that KH has a supernatural/fantasy setting. Not sure about Ao Haru Ride (haven't watched it).
