Harry Potter.
A Series of Unfortunate Events.
Lord of the Rings.
Willow.
Star Wars.
Pride & Prejudice & Zombies.
Gone with the Wind.

Adaptations of Alice in Wonderland & Through the Looking Glass & the Marvelous Land of Oz series that are more faithful to the book & completely ignore the Disney & MGM movies.

These were probably the first animes I ever saw.

does vocaloid count? if not, then id have to say the marigold trilogy. its my fave book and its amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing!!!!

I'd love to see Regular Show and My Little Pony as Animes :o
