What is the CUTEST anime character you have seen?

I would have to say the cutest anime character I have seen is Mikuru from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Yup, I agree. She's just so cute. This was one really wonderful Anime along side Tokyo Mew Mew.
