What anime moment did you find saddest?

(For me, I have several ones: When Ace is killed by Akainu in One Piece and Luffy cries his little heart out, then loses his mind from despair; when Spike had finally met up with Julia and then she is killed by the Syndicate in Cowboy Bebop, as well as Spike then dying a few episodes later; when Otonashi and Kanade are separated, right at the end of Angel Beats... Kanade disappears, but Otonashi stays; when Gin Ichimaru was killed by Sosuke Aizen in Bleach, then Rangiku finds his dying body and is cut up about it; when Coyote Starrk, an Espada in Bleach, is killed by his opponent, even though didn't really want to fight... He had to follow orders; lastly, near the end of K-On when Azunyan realises that Yui, Mio, Ricchan and Mugi will be at college and she'll be alone.)
