Who is your fav anime/manga perv/pervy homo?

Ok so we all know that just about EVERY series has one, and eve though I love just about every one I've seen, this one's gotta be my favorite:

Mr. Kimura from Azumanga Daioh. (ALthough it really was a toss up between him and Miharu from Baka to Test.)

A real shame that Grell is barely in the manga at all. Don;t know why they made him so clumsy & stupid in the anime either.
