There aren't enough of dark skinned anime characters, there needs to be more.

probably because almost every anime character has really pale skin (it makes it difficult for perfectionist cosplayers with dark skin so that might be why)

she's a girl. dogkeeper was a plan into making a guy talk for No.6's plans. and Nezumi made her dress up as a prostitute. she felt uncomfortable about the whole thing.
