Keith Goodman from Tiger & Bunny.
I was stuck between Keith and Kotetsu (from the same series). I ended up choosing Keith, because I just find him adorable! Not only that, he your classic Western Comic Hero just with a childish edge. Like Captain Marvel, but the animated version of him.
Anyways, I picked Keith because in the series he is what you call a NEXT or better known as Heroes. He participates in a reality style show named, "Hero TV!" Where he, along with other heroes, compete for points by taking down bad guys and whats not. Keith is nicknamed the King Of Heroes! What really got me to like him was when Kotetsu made a comment to Barnaby on how Keith would patrol the city every single night, no matter what. That convince me that, he's not doing the hero gig for fame or "win the game." Keith is being a hero because he wants to, because he care for a city where he probability never meet EVERY single person living there. I thought that was real chill of him, "cool" even,
Plus he is so bubbly and somewhat gullible, I just adore him! I'll like to say in Sky High fashion," thank you and thank you again!"

I feel he should be mentioned. I think Tamaki is a very handsome anime character, in my opinion he is the most handsome of the Host Club memembers. Looks aside, I think Tamaki is really charming. When he isn't acting all silly and spazzy, he has a real genuine personality that absolutely love. I mean, sure he can come off as a bit insensitive, but that's because he's a bit naive of the "commoner world". I find Tamaki to be a loyal friend who cares deeply for his friends. One of my favorite moments in the series is when Tamaki helped that doctor guy find his daughter. It showed Tamaki's caring side to his personality and it gained some respect from Haruhi. Point is Tamaki is handsome, geniune, sweet, adorable, and over all a good person.. Shi Ryūki (紫 劉輝?) is the reigning emperor of Saiunkoku, Ryūki Shi is nineteen years old when the story begins. As the youngest of the previous Emperor's six sons, each from a different mother. Ryūki was badly treated by his mother and most of his half-brothers, who would beat him and lock him in a storage house for days in a row . Seien was the only member of the family who showed kindness to him.
Ryūki's romantic pursuit of Shūrei has been complicated by his lack of experience in courting women, as well as Shūrei's initial belief that he was homosexual and therefore more interested in Seiran. Even after discovering Seiran's true identity, Ryūki harbors some jealousy that Seiran spends more time with Shūrei and is a closer confidant of hers. After she leaves the palace, Ryūki sends her many absurd gifts such as boiled eggs, blocks of ice, and even a straw voodoo doll. Before sending Shūrei to Sa province as co-governor, Ryūki privately tells her that she is the only woman he wants to marry.

Of course I'd say Matthew.
Not only is he handsome but he's sweet and kind and caring. He may be quiet but I never took him as shy. He's always been ignored by other countries, so he's unsure of how to speak up for himself. He's also passive-aggressive, which for some strange reason I find attractive. He may seem like the sweetest thing on the outside but he truly can be just as angry as the next guy. If anything, angrier. He ranted at Alfred for three hours and made the guy cry. His passive-aggressiveness is rarely shown though.... he really does care for everyone else. He's cares for others above himself so he doesn't really acknowledge that they don't remember him at times. He's glad to help at any time possible because...
God I could go one forever.
He also has this weird sense of humor I find hilarious. He doesn't mean to be funny but his antics just make me laugh.
I could rant forever if you didn't stop me. I spent most of my time on his passive-aggressiveness and I should be focusing on the fact that Matthew is a nice guy and... In my eyes he's simply perfect. All of his little imperfections add to that, even.
In fact, I figured out the reason I hid the fact I loved Matthew so much when I first joined...
One of my friends tends to tease me about him. She doesn't see him the way I do and in fact calls him 'Doormatt.' In fact, she even likes 2P!Canada better than the original! I can't stand 2P!Canada. He's the exact OPPOSITE of Matthew and I refuse to call him anything other than 2P.
