Yuri is girl love and generally means that the manga has smut scenes in it; if you want a manga without smut scenes but which still has girl love, try looking for shoujo-ai mangas, which are still girl love but which are generally restricted to kissing or holding hands. The male counterparts for yuri and shoujo-ai are Yaoi and shounen-ai, respectively.
