Well there are a number of anime characters that I think are funny..but one is Jun-kun from Pokemon,he never fails to make me laugh,with his "I'm going fine you for that!"..while no one even pays attention to that..and how impatient he can be at times..but it's not that in general..just his reactions when he can be..I just find him to be that he's funny in so many ways.
