Those are some anime that I think your mom might not mind.Some might not be as interesting like bleach but you can just try them

Katekyo Hitman Reborn!: It's about the Mafia, but it's based in Japan. Theres a baby named Reborn who has a pet chameleon named Leon that can change into anything in it's memory, one of those things is a gun. The baby uses the gun to shoot his student, Tsunayoshi Sawada, with deathsperation bullet which doesn't really kill him. Theres barely any blood execpt for like 5 eps. I haven watched the whole thing yet so I'm not sure if theres any other eps with blood. Genre:Action,Comedy,Fantasy,Shounen,Supernatural

Sgt. Frog: This is about frogs trying to take over earth or "Pekopon" as they call it. It's about the A.R.M.P.I.T. Platoon(in Japan It's called the Keroro Platoon). There are five frogs in the platoon, Sgt. Keroro, Private Second Class Tamama, Corporol Giroro, Sgt. Major Kululu, and Lance Corporol Dororo who is also a ninja. Keroro loves to build Gundam models. Tamama loves to eat sweets. Giroro loves to blow things up. Kululu likes to create wepons. And Dororo likes to plant flowers. There isn't any blood.Genre:Action,Comedy,Sci-fi,Supernatural

elemtal gelade is good it doesnt have bearly any blood or cursing and it is a good story i think you would like it

In Ouran Highschool host club they have few curse words.
In Inuyasha there are only a few curse words.But there is blood.
Hmmmmmm thinking........I know an really old one with only like two blood parts. Its called Sorcerous Stabber Orphen. Its old but good. I don't watch it much any more though. There is few curse words.

2.Fruits basket(not much action either but its cute and funny sometimes)
3.Fairy tail (tons of action not much blood its funny and its my favourite anime)

you are just like me
we have no luck T-T my parents HATE animes with blood and curses , but I can watch them at sleepover or I hide
but you should watch Kaze no Stigma it's pretty fun and cool , with a lot of action -they don't really have blood in it or bad words

but you can also try out "ouran high school host club" and "fairy tail"
