Anime Question

Which one should i watch Fullmetal Alchemist or Full Metal Alchemist: Brother hood?

I've heard full metal alchemist is a good show so i decide to watch it but when i was about to i got the choise of Fullmetal Alchemist or Full Metal Alchemist: Brother hood so i looked em up on google and found out brotherhood was just more similar to the manga. but i still didn't know which one i should watch. please tell me which one you recemend for starters.

Its better to watch Fullmetal Alchemist first before watching Brotherhood. My sister told me that there are some stuff in there thats not mentioned in Brotherhood. But what you could do is read the manga and skip to Brotherhood, I was about to do that but then I decided that i would watch FMA and FMAB and also read the manga. X)

ok thanks i'll watch fma first but over here unfortunately i can't find the manga of many anime which is really annoying.
