anime club help!!!

can someone give some ideas for my schools anime club?this year we have 7 but we want more members!well we just need some ideas on activities!this year we only talk about random things , make a manga but it took too long and watch anime at least one or two times!plz some help this anime club!!!!

you can always have days that you and your members dress up in anime costumes.makes copies of that manga that you guys have written and gather some money and plan a few events that may interest people about the anime club also put up flyers so poeple knows it is there and maybe a number like a hotline if any one has any questions -anime fan grigon taylor

Ask people around he school about what anime they like most. Base on that, you promote that anime and have some cosplay contest. You can even bake cookies ( If you're a girl ) or make anime badge for them. Just like Haruhi Suzumiya No Yuutsu...
