That was rude. Some people think animals don't have rights, it doesn't mean they are crack addicts.

They have rights,but not exactly like humans.I can put my dog in the rain but it doesn't mean I could do the same to a human.

They have just the same amount of rights as humans! Why do humans think they own everything and are superior to everything? It gets on my nerves. Who are we to destroy all their habitats and kill them and torture them, just because they cant speak up?

Humans is whats wrong with the world!! The world would be better without humans

Humans are such jerks sometimes! We're animals too, people! In my personal opinion, I think people should go a whole day, only having the rights that most other animals have, see how they like it! No cars, no electronics, no houses, and the constant threat of guns! It would force us to raise animal rights, and actually feel some of our bretherens' pain!

they dont have nearly as many rights as they should such as the right not to be abused in ANY way and the right to emergency medical care just to name a few.

and 2) You're question could be interpreted many different ways: Are you asking if animals should have rights or are you asking if they actually have rights?

I don't, personally, think the American government gives animals many rights at all (Michael Vick is a perfect example of this theory). I think they should have rights, just as humans do, but I don't think they actually have them.
