I don't believe it's true. I heard Flo is suppose to be Charlie's sister or best friend. It was one of those two.

Sister, eh? Interesting, considering his mother was a Collie too. Anyway, I'd always heard & assumed she was a close old friend of his, possibly with a slight 'crush' on him...but basically just his friend. I don't THINK any of the pups would be his, but I suppose you never know for sure..

They are best friends. Those are not Charlie's puppies. Even though in the movie, it looks like tha Flo flirts with Charlie. Maybe she likes him, and Charlie never knew. ( Secretly in Love) <3

He doesn't seem to have a particularly "fatherly" relationship with any of them, plus I agree that the two were friends at most (with possibly Flo having a one-sided crush on Charlie).

We don't know for certain of course, but I have my doubts that any of them are his. I think they'd have made a big deal of it if any of them were.
