Tank survives the first movie, but is somehow killed before the events of Reloaded. To my knowledge, he had to be written out of the sequels because of some sort of dilemna the actor had (scheduling conflict, lack of interest, I don't know.) Either way, Tank's sister Zee confirms his death in Reloaded.
